  • Learn how to execute your lift right through to lock out to ensure safety and maximal strength expression.

  • Learn how to best set up for your lift - stance and foot position, core brace and hip break.

  • Learn how to build tension throughout your entire body.

  • Learn to execute mid foot pressure, for a balanced and efficient squat.
