Vitha, created by Jamie Bouziotis, is a 12-week strength and conditioning training program that has 3, 4-week, phases of training.
Phase 1 - Capacity
Phase 2 - Hypertrophy
Phase 3 - Strength
Vitha is a 4 day per week program, when executed properly, to provide you with both strength and size gains. There is an optional addition for 2x days per week of low intensity cardio training with sample session provided within the program template.
