Learn to bench BIG in this Bench Press workshop. The workshop will be a short theory session (30 minutes) followed by an in depth practical bench press session (1.5-2 hours).
We will be taking you through an in depth analysis of how to best execute the bench press specific to your body shape and joint structures. Learn the big rocks of the bench press and how to best implement them in your technique and training program to ensure you are making strong, safe and consistent progress with your bench training.
Learn how to best set up for your lift - grip width, upper back and foot position.
Learn how to use your entire body for maximal loads - leg drive!
Learn how to execute your lift right through to lock out to ensure safety and maximal strength expression.
This workshop will be heavily practical so be sure to bring your lifting equipment and be ready to execute!
All participants will receive the lecture slides and video coaching analysis to ensure future gains with your deadlifts.

The workshop will be ~2.5 hours, 10am - 12.30pm
