In December 2022 I won silver in the 110kg weight class at USAPL Australia Powerlifting Nationals with a 280kg squat, 172.5kg Bench Press and 310kg Deadlift. However, I was bored and burnt out and I wanted to push the boundaries of my training and complete a triathlon 3 months later. My Goal is to push both my strength work and endurance concurrently. 

Jamie Bouziotis

I'm a strength & conditioning coach with experience with field sport, strength athletes and individuals looking to improve their body composition.

My coaching experience & my own experience in training for combat sports, strength performance and running has given me first hand experience in training and programming for the concurrent improvement of strength, hypertrophy and endurance.
