Learn the BIG ROCKS in the squat in this workshop. The workshop will be a short theory session (30 minutes) followed by an in depth practical squat session (1.5-2 hours).
We will be taking you through an in depth analysis of how to best execute the squat specific to your body shape and joint structures. Learn the big rocks of the squat and how to best implement them in your technique and training program to ensure you are making strong, safe and consistent progress with your bench training.
Learn how to best set up for your lift - stance and foot position, core brace and hip break.
Learn how to build tension throughout your entire body.
Learn to execute mid foot pressure, for a balanced and efficient squat.
This workshop will be heavily practical so be sure to bring your lifting equipment and be ready to execute!
All participants will receive the lecture slides prior to the seminar.
Tickets are strictly limited to 10 people to ensure best quality service.
The workshop will be ~2.5 hours, 10am - 12.30pm
