10 weeks of in-person coach development experience.
- 2x 1 hour in gym practical sessions per week. Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am.
- Your own 1-on-1 online coach to build out an individualised training program and experience Strength Culture's full online coaching service first hand.
- Nutrition coaching service included.
- Regular check in's with your designated coach for form check's and any direct questions answered.
- Access to Strength Culture Gym for training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday after the practical sessions.
Intake 2 kicks off on Wednesday 3rd of May.
Practical session are 10am Wednesdays and Fridays.
