Junior Lifting Program

Our Junior Lifting Program is designed to get more young people slamming heavy weights on the powerlifting platform.

This program is exclusive to lifters who qualify as a junior, 23 years and under.

All programs are individualised to the lifter, with each lifter receiving fortnightly/ monthly coaching check in's with their designated powerlifting coach.

As with all strength and conditioning programs, improvements take time. As such, we have a strict 3 month policy in place for signing with any Strength Culture Gym/ Coaching option. By signing to one of these (2) options you are agreeing to allow 12 weeks minimum to achieve the goals as set out within your assessment process. Cancelling your membership within this 12 week period, starting the date of your initial assessment, will encounter a $200 cancellation fee.
