@arian.b92 came to me a about 6 months ago from a referral from @wcroz. Arian was complaining of constant back tightness, poor shoulder rotation and a significant hip shift in his squat. Quite often Arian found himself lying on the floor between sets as it was the only position his back wouldn’t feel ‘pumped’. We did 2 sessions together, working on positional breathing, anterior/ lateral core strength and endurance and some small tweaks to his technique. Today, this savage of a human squatted 320kg. Now that, is a heavy ass squat! 🦍🐂🦏#strengthculture #huntprogression

Still chipping away at this golfing business. Had an old member drop off a set of clubs for @quantum_lifting and I so I can now practice with a few different sticks. Took the 4, 7, P, 3wood and Driver today and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Also, I seem to be the last person to jump on the Gang of Youths bandwagon, but I’m here and will probably be driving it for the next month or so. If I were to hazard a guess at the amount of money I have spent on my professional development as a coach, not including University costs, I would place it somewhere around $25,000- $30,000.
That includes a 5 month unpaind internship in the US @cresseysportsperformance which was the turning point of my career. Prior to that I trained at @woodfordssc under @5trong for a tick over 12 months, under @coachwoodford for a small stint, too. 11 months under @bg_waiweight and now transitioning to #teamhussla with @esaints_stoupas.
SFMA Level 1+2, ASCA Level 1+2, 3 PRI Courses, 2 online courses with @miketuchscherer, UEBC thanks to @jpshealth_fitness and probably a couple other courses/ seminars I can’t think of right now. Countless books and online training programs.
